I’ve been a competitive strength athlete for over a decade, and throughout that time, one thing became clear to me is that most coaching focuses on performance, but rarely on what keeps it sustainable.

That gap between health, longevity and performance is where I found my purpose.

But not just performance in the gym, but also performance outside the gym and being able to thrive in your day-to-day life.

I started coaching to bridge that divide.

As a certified Functional Blood Work Practitioner, Hormone Health Coach, and Naturopath, I now work with clients among a broad spectrum from athletes of all levels, high performers, and anyone dealing with health dysfunctions, using data-driven coaching to rebuild the foundations.

My goal is simple: help you perform better, live stronger, and stay in the game longer - whatever your game happens to be.
